Korean Chef de Cuisine

One of the most established five-star hospitality groups in Indonesia and in South East Asia is currently seeking a Korean Chef de Cuisine (Restaurant Chef) for the all day dining restort at their 5* resort in Bali. It is mandatory for the Chef to be originally from Korea and have extensive experience in well known restaurants that exclusively serve Korean cuisine. 8-10 years of experience in a Korean restaurant is required. The Chef will also be required to introduce new and specialty Korean dishes in the menu. Hence, knowledge of authentic Korean cuisine is also mandatory for this post. It is also important for the Chef to have strong leadership qualities with a pleasant personality. You must be able to work along with your team as well as other kitchen staff.
