Job Description

   UKG (Kronos) Technical Consultant  
   About the Role:  We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic UKG (Kronos) Technical Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and optimize the UKG Pro Workforce Management application. This includes managing the UKG environment, implementing new functionalities, configuring pay, attendance, and leave regulations, coordinating system integration with payroll and other platforms, and developing new reports and data views.
   Key Responsibilities:  
 Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UKG product suite, identifying opportunities for expansion of solutions and services.
 Oversee the integration of UKG Pro Workforce Management with payroll and other analytics systems.
