Kronos / UKG Payroll Consultant (Implementation)

Compensations and additional details

• 80,000 to 85,000 + allowances + perks and benefits + HMO (start at day 1)
• Hybrid 1 or 2 days onsite per week
• Reporting office at Diliman, Quezon City
• Initial contract (1 year) - then for regularization after based on performance
• Someone willing to travel in Singapore or US (visa and expenses should by company)

Qualifications:

• Strong payroll knowledge (multi-state, union, salaried/hourly, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos payroll modules
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Data migration & testing experience is a plus
• Client-facing communication skills
• Problem-solving under tight payroll deadlines
