We are looking for a Student Coach who has both heart and backbone—someone who can support students with empathy while upholding school policies with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, guidance, and academic support to students
• Assist students with concerns related to enrollment, payments, promissory notes, and catch-up plans
• Communicate school policies clearly and compassionately
• Monitor student progress and follow up on at-risk students
• Coordinate with Finance, Registrar, Program Heads, and other offices
• Maintain accurate records using SIS and Google Workspace tools
• Handle confidential student information responsibly

Qualifications

• College graduate (Education, Psychology, Guidance, Social Sciences, or related field preferred)
