システム全体のライフサイクルを管理するための総合的な窓口で、高度な技術以外のシステム運用作業や、契約関連のデリバリーを主に担当します。グローバルで3,000人以上のメンバーが運用サポートを行っており、チームと連携しながら顧客の課題を解決します。
