Position Title: Principal Physiotherapist Location: Bright Hill Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:00PM Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 Job Description
Lead and coordinate all Physiotherapy services across the practice. Deliver assessment and treatment for specialised rehabilitation cases. Supervise Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants. Develop specialised treatment pathways and integrated care programmes. Implement evidence-based practices and service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation services. Conduct audits, outcome reviews, and professional development sessions. Represent Physiotherapy services in clinical governance and strategic meetings. Support rehabilitation-related marketing and community education initiatives.
