Position Title: Occupational Therapist Grade II Location: Bright Hill Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:00PM Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 Job Description . Provide Occupational Therapy services for assigned inpatient, outpatient, and home care caseloads. . Provide coverage for assigned wards and ensure continuity of care. . Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases. . Develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans. . Perform weekly reviews, treatment updates, and discharge planning. . Follow up with patients under supervision. . Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family meetings. . Comply with clinical guidelines and ensure proper handover arrangements during leave coverage. . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care. .
