Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager or Team Lead to oversee KYC transitions and lead delivery teams across geographies. Prior exposure to FCC frameworks and KYC regulations is highly desirable. This role includes planning, execution, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of KYC transition projects ensuring regulatory compliance and delivery readiness
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Manage and lead multi-location teams of KYC analysts and outreach staff
Coordinate with FCC, compliance, technology, and client teams
Monitor and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are consistently met
Drive process improvements and standardization across teams and geographies
