Key Responsibility:
Change Management:
* Manage the change request process, including documentation, assessment, and implementation of changes to banking applications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of changes on existing systems and processes.
Documentation:
* Able to write technical proposal paper
* Able to understand technical jargon and if have technical capability is a plus
* Pro active in managing and coordinating with non technical related beside technical matter
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and user guides.
* Prepare reports on incident resolution times, change requests, and testing outcomes for management review.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with development teams to communicate user feedback and identify areas for improvement in banking applications.
