The L1 NOC Operator plays a dual-role function supporting both customer enquiries and Level 1 network operations. This position focuses on structured troubleshooting, timely escalation, and maintaining service quality across network and customer touchpoints. The role is ideal for individuals who are process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment while helping build foundational support frameworks.

Job Details:
Work from home
Monday to Friday | Must be flexible to work either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM AEST or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST – 5 AM – 2 PM Manila time or 7 AM – 4 PM Manila time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network alerts and operational systems
  • Perform structured troubleshooting following established processes
