About the role

We are seeking a skilled L1 Service Desk professional to join our team at PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to provide first-line support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests from users via phone, email or ticketing system
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot common software, hardware and connectivity issues
3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
4. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records in the service management system
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve IT service delivery
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base
