Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 IT Support Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. The candidate will provide initial troubleshooting, resolve common IT problems, and escalate complex issues to higher support levels while ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Resolve common infrastructure and end-user computing problems.
