Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end user technical support from tickets received via phone, email, or customer portal.
  2. Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed.
  3. Understand networking services such as DNS, DHCP, and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
  4. Perform workstation imaging.
  5. Remove viruses/malware.
  6. Maintain and update documentation.

Job Requirements:
