L1/L2 Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365)

• Hours: 9 hour shifts within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Melbourne Time (5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time ) with reactive on-call requirements

Responsibilities:

• You will be the primary point of contact for Microsoft Office 365 customer base, managing the following:
• MS365 Administration: Expert-level support for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
