L2 Application Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production cloud-based SaaS applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability in a 24×7 environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-platform incidents spanning Linux OS, networking, databases, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis, follow SRE best practices, and collaborate with development teams to resolve and prevent recurring issues.
• Automate operational tasks and manual processes using configuration management and scripting tools.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, proactively identify performance or stability issues, and implement improvements.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and release processes.
