L2 Application Support Engineer (24 Months)

We are looking for a motivated L2 Application Support Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical digital systems. You will ensure system stability, investigate incidents, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to maintain high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for production and staging systems (escalations from L1)
• Investigate application errors, alerts, performance and integration issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Monitor logs, dashboards and system health proactively
• Support deployments, patches and configuration changes
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and incident documentation
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
