L2 Audio-Video (Av Engineer)

Job Role:

Responsible for supporting the design validation, deployment, and stabilization of enterprise AV systems across projects. Reviews drawings and specifications, provides Level-2 troubleshooting during installation and commissioning, resolves escalated issues, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with project teams and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality AV solutions aligned with approved designs and SLAs.

Job Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Support AV system design validation aligned with project scope and client requirements
• Review architectural drawings, AV schematics, BOMs, and technical specifications for accuracy and feasibility
• Identify design conflicts, integration gaps, and site-specific constraints
