L2 Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an L2 Cloud Engineer with experience in cloud or infrastructure support. The role involves handling support tickets, troubleshooting cloud and server-related issues, supporting AWS/Azure environments, networking, VPNs, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents within SLA timelines. The candidate should be comfortable working in shifts and production support environments.
