L2 Cloud

We are looking for an experienced L2 Cloud & Systems Engineer to support and maintain our Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environment. This role focuses on Level 2 technical support, cloud administration, endpoint management, and infrastructure escalations.

The successful candidate will work closely with L1 engineers, provide technical guidance, and help ensure system stability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune device and policy management
• Handle Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) user lifecycle and access control
• Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure, server, and network-related issues
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell
