L2 Infrastructure Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure Database Administrator with strong MongoDB operational expertise to support and maintain mission-critical database platforms in a 24×7 production environment.

The role focuses on database reliability, performance, security, and availability, with responsibility for incident resolution, tuning, upgrades, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor database activity, capacity, and resource utilization to ensure availability and performance of production systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database incidents, including performance degradation, data access issues, and availability failures.
