The Job

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Liaise with business units to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and IT support documentation.

The Talent

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L2 support
• Strong technical knowledge in networks, hardware/software, and security
