L2 Java Application Support

About the role

This is a contract role for an L2 Java Application Support specialist based in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Java-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and resolving complex issues for our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide Level 2 support for Java applications, including investigating, diagnosing and resolving issues
2. Analyse application logs and performance metrics to identify and address root causes of problems
3. Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline support processes and enhance efficiency
4. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and fix bugs in the codebase
5. Document support procedures and knowledge articles to aid the wider support team
6. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed
