Role Overview We are hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, serving as a key technical escalation point. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with Level 1 Support to resolve escalated incidents and problems, tackle complex network and firewall issues, and support infrastructure changes and technology refresh initiatives. You'll also play an important role in building and maintaining a structured, documentation-driven operations culture.
