L2 Service Desk Hardware Deployment Specialist

Support hardware lifecycle and deployment as an L2 Service Desk Contractor. This onsite role involves executing device swaps, managing large-scale refreshes, and ensuring deployment activities align with service desk functionality.

Responsibilities encompass coordinating refresh activities for laptops and mobile devices while securely managing device swaps and office move support. Accurate documentation and ITSM ticket updates are integral aspects of daily tasks.
