Senior Site Reliability Engineer (MSP – Escalation & Advanced Operations) The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of MSP customers' cloud environments. This role focuses on day-two operations—monitoring, maintenance, optimization, and compliance—while serving as the key escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical issues. Additionally, the Senior SRE performs recurring system health checks, handles minor enhancement requests, and collaborates with specialized teams (SecOps, FinOps, or Cloud Engineering) to maintain stable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments.
