Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for OSS Service Assurance systems

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot service-impacting incidents

• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities

• Work with BMC Remedy for ticket handling, escalation, and resolution

• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3/support teams
