The L2 Support Engineer (OSS) provides advanced technical support for Operations Support Systems used in telecom or IT service environments.

Candidate profile
Computer Science (or Software/Computer/Telecom Engineering) degree.
Telecom industry experience (on operator or vendor side).
OSS hands-on experience (L2 support / Application support / OSS operations).
Strong technical troubleshooting (SQL, Linux, logs, APIs, scripting).
Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
Based in Dammam.
