About the Role
The following is a broad non-exhaustive set of examples of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents or tasks that System Administrators are expected to resolve or implement. The majority of these incidents or tasks generally take less than one hour of technical effort.

- User connectivity issues
- Microsoft Windows desktop support
- Microsoft Office and Office 365 support
