- BEAM (Application support and Application monitoring) - 3 YOE in Handling Operation Center Tools
- Database Administrators on below Databases (L3 Support and blended experience of 2 or more DBs ideally)
- Sybase, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Hadoop/Cassandra
- Unix Adminstrators (L3 Support)
- Middleware Engineers (skill combination of Apigee, MQ, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic) L3 Support
- Storage Administrators (L3 Support)
- Backup Administration (with EMC Avamar) L3 Support
- Windows Administrators (with strong VMWare and Active Directory skills L3 Support)
