Job Description

                    Ensure all the inspection and test records are properly maintained. 
Responsible for a proper chemical's preparation for laboratory usage. 
Responsible to monitor and manage testing involved in semi-finished and finished goods. 
Responsible to attend inspection by customer on finished goods. 
To maintain the cleanliness and the safety at the workplace. 
Conduct data analysis. 
Ensure the Quality Plan is meet in daily laboratory testing. 
To observe the company rules and regulations 
Support the development, formulation, and optimization of polymer compounds for glove applications. 
Conduct material testing and evaluation, including elongation, aging, thermal resistance, and chemical compatibility. 
Assist in R&D projects from laboratory trials through pilot and production-scale implementation.
