Job Description
- Ensure company quality standards are followed and met throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform analytical and microbiological quality test and data documentation according to standard and procedures
- Approved in-process production by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement, communicating required adjustment to production person in charge.
- Perform in-coming materials inspection and outgoing products by conducting visual and measurement tests
- Conduct on-line QC inspections on production line and ensure the employees in plant adhere to plant sanitation and GMP procedures which included product change over procedures, allergen control etc.
- On hold material or finished goods if inspection or testing result is not within specification
- Ensure 5S, GLP, HSE, QC practices of the QC Laboratory work area, equipment and apparatus are maintained
