Lab Automation Scientist, Biologics Discovery Process Development

Astellas aims to create strong R&D portfolio with cutting edge science and technology, and research division is strengthening engineered biologics modalities such as multi-specific antibodies and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

This is a position for a biologist who advances antibody related research programs with developing promising drug candidates to create innovative drugs for patients on efficacy and safety profiles.

In addition, she/he is expected to proactively and globally interact and collaborate with all internal and external collaborators aiming to solve the scientific challenges associated with not only assigned projects, but also next generation biologics/platforms.
