Lab Coordinator

Urgently Looking for Lab Coordinator for Evening shift for our laboratory department.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate day-to-day laboratory activities.

2. Ensure smooth workflow between phlebotomy, testing, reporting, and quality control units.

3. Ensure proper record-keeping of laboratory tests, patient reports, QC logs, and staff duty rosters.

4. Maintain adequate stock of reagents, kits, and consumables.

5. Assist the laboratory manager in scheduling and supervising laboratory staff.

6. Support staff in resolving operational and technical challenges.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: BS MLT

Experience: Minimum 03years' experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator role.

Shift: Evening (3:00PM to10:00PM)
