Lab Engineer

Job Overview:

The Lab Engineer – Quality Control is responsible for leading QC operations to ensure the quality and consistency of masterbatch and polymer products. This role includes supervising daily laboratory testing, approving production batches, checking formulations, conducting trials, maintaining lab instruments, training lab staff, and coordinating customer approvals. The Lab Engineer also prepares QC reports and communicates deviations to Production and Management, ensuring products meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily QC operations including testing for MFI, dispersion, color measurement, melt index, and moisture.
• Approve production batches and ensure formulations meet specifications.
