Coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget. Prepares engineering documents including cost estimates, appropriation requests, project schedules, design specifications, instruction specifications, purchase requisitions, operating manuals, and technical reports. This is the highest level individual contributor role. This is a generic benchmark for engineers that cannot be matched to Experts in the following sub-families: Calibration, Chemical, Design, Electrical, Electronics, Facility/Maintenance, Industrial, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, Process, Environmental, or Nuclear.
