**What you’ll do:**

+ In charge of R&D Lab of CPS team, as a contributer.Provide professional lab management experience.Mantain our lab and equipment for power products.
+ Understand lab management knowledge.
+ In charge of maintenance of R&D lab intruments and equipments.
+ Cooperate with EHS team, RD Hardware team to use the lab safetyly and high efficiency.
+ Implement EHS skill for lab management to reduce safety risk in RD lab.
+ Track the RD lab safety test operation and lab 5S.
+ Lab management and purchase, control lab spare part cost.
+ Lab equipment management and maintenance.
+ Respond to other tasks at request from management.
+ Resolve critical issues ...
