Lab Executive

Job Responsibility :
Maintain laboratory housekeeping.
Ensure all testing is carried out sample as per sampling plan.
Able to maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment in a correct manner.
Arrange work schedule for lab technician.
Back up lab technician in the event lab technician is away.
Manage to demonstrate routine work as per Standard Operation Procedure.
Coordinate with external laboratory for routine and non-routine sample analysis.
Report to superior immediately if there any abnormality observed or result out of specification and carry out investigation.
Maintain consumable stock from time to time ensure stock level is always sufficient to run the operations.
Perform micro trending and analysis.
Involve in company improvement initiatives.
To travel to other site to support lab operation when needed.
To perform any other task assigned by QA Executive from time to time.
