Lab Manager – HVAC Testing & Validation

**About the Role**

**We are seeking a** **Lab Manager** **to lead and oversee air conditioning testing and validation activities for new product development (NPD) programs.**

**This role is responsible for ensuring testing accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with international standards, while providing strong leadership to drive lab performance and support timely product launches.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC testing laboratory**

**Oversee testing of RES, IMS, LC, and VRF systems to ensure compliance with performance standards**

**Monitor and validate key parameters including temperature, pressure, airflow, refrigerant performance, and energy efficiency (COP/EER)**

**Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and international regulations**
