Lab Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**

+ Laboratory Management:
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory to ensure proper functioning of test equipment and facilities including electrical, electronic and electromechanical product testing laboratory which performs different safety tests including electrical, mechanical, environmental as well as EMI/EMC tests
+ Develop & implement laboratory management systems and operations procedures to ensure standardization and accuracy of the test process
+ Manage laboratory budget, control costs and optimize resource allocation
+ Establish and maintain uncompromised 5S & safety practices at workplace
+ Testing:
+ Define test procedures for testing of electrical, electronic and mechanical products to ensure the compliance with the relevant product standards and regulations (E.g. UL, CSA, IEC, EN etc.)
