Lab Operations Head (Corporate Office)

The Corporate Laboratory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, standardizing, and optimizing laboratory services across the hospital network. This role ensures quality, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency and operational excellence across all diagnostic laboratories within the group.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations across all hospitals in the network
• Standardize lab processes, SOPs, workflows, and reporting formats
• Monitor TAT, test volumes, quality indicators, and productivity metrics
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and reagents

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, NABH, ISO and other regulatory standards
• Lead internal audits, external audits, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
