Lab Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution and follow up of internal and external audits and ensure timely and effective closure of audit findings.

• Manage deviations, CAPA, and customer complaint processes, including investigation, documentation, data analysis and risk assessment to evaluate impact and define appropriate corrective / mitigation actions.

• Collaborate with laboratory management on proficiency testing results and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and proficiency testing requirements.

• Contribute to quality training initiatives and promote a quality-focused culture across departments.

• Perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in biology, Laboratory Medicine, Pharmacy, or any related discipline.
