Lab Quality Tester

Reporting to the Technical Specialist/Shift Leader and supports manufacturing activities including performance of visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and perform functional testing to ensure product meets the product specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional testing for manufacturing in-process or first piece/inhouse molding approval activities.
• Feedback materials / product discrepancy to upstream process /manufacturing
• Handle the non-conforming product per non-conformance product handling procedure.
• Update inspection result per procedure.
• Participate in project undertaken by the team. E.g., Data collection on quality improvement project.
• File inspection forms and other quality record that required in the lot traceability procedure to their respective lot master and support for retrieval.
