Key Responsibilities

To conduct all testing related lab. Conduct all relevant of microbial test, chemical test and physical test, and shelf life study test.

Issuing COA report

To lead and monitor all the on-going project for both the product improvement and new product development and validation of all processes or any changes occur.

To conduct any case study (if needed).

To do summary environmental monitoring annually for production.

To conduct shelf life study for products (reverify based on risk)

All documents (study report, summary and record) must well organized.

To conduct a study on the sanitation program to determine its effectiveness.

To conduct study on the production process step and prepare the report.
