Lab Services Coordinator

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Lab Services Coordinator for our Southern California team.

This highly motivated leader will be collaborative while being highly influential and leading change to manage both direct reports and assigned or secondment resources who do not report directly to the portfolio manager.

This position reports to Southern California Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Personnel Management

• Manage a team of Environmental Specialists
• Coaching Environmental Specialists, Material Handlers, and Environmental Technicians through the advancement program through regular 1:1 meetings, at least monthly
• Provide feedback and professional guidance to onsite staff
