Lab Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and manage laboratory staff
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of testing results
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety requirements
• Ensure adherence to GMP, food hygiene, and good housekeeping practices

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Team player with good cooperation skills
• Able to plan and manage routine laboratory work efficiently
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food hygiene, and housekeeping practices

Education:

• SPM and above

Experience:

• Preferably with working experience in a laboratory environment or related field
