Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily routine analysis and testing of all incoming and outgoing tankers, storage tanks, line samples and other testing/result requirements (all tests required for operations, as well as specialised testing of blends)
Tanker/Flowbin inspections before loading
Final product/packed goods inspection at warehouse level before dispatch, verification of cold room stock and efficiency
Documents - the ffg documents are maintained on a daily basis to ensure proper document control is maintained throughout each shift:
Supervision of All lab activities
1. Lab results file (ensuring all results are recorded and maintained)
2. OPRP and CCP monitoring
3. Flush, CIP, Online control of changeovers
4. Shelf-Life Monitoring
5. Non-conformances - maintenance of documentation
6. Packaging and Raw Materials - maintenance of documentation, filing of all online documentation (Packaging COA's, RM CO...
