Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Lab Supervisor 
​
  • Laboratory
    Management: Supervise daily laboratory activities, ensuring compliance
    with industry standards and safety protocols. Oversee maintenance, quality
    control, and validation of laboratory instruments and procedures.
  • Quality
    Assurance: Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure
    continuous production of products that meet or exceed customer
    expectations. Conduct process audits to verify accuracy and compliance
    with established procedures.
  • Team
    Leadership: Provide clinical and administrative oversight to laboratory
    personnel, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
