About the Role
ADM Milling Co. is seeking a quality control lab technician (Operator 1) to perform testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This role ensures products meet quality standards, maintains accurate records, troubleshoots issues, and communicates results. When not in the lab, you’ll support mill sanitation. Reports to the Quality & Food Safety Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lab testing on wheat, flour, and bakery mixes
Record, analyze, and report test results; monitor trends
Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and environmental standards
Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions
