The Laboratory Technician performs routine and specialized laboratory tasks under the supervision of a full-time employee, helping to ensure that seed quality meets rigorous standards through accurate testing, careful sample handling, and reliable data generation. The position involves hands-on work with seeds and laboratory equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where tasks may shift based on production seasons and daily laboratory needs.
