The Laboratory of Neuroimmunology (NIM) , led by Emanuela Pasciuto, is part of VIB-Center for Molecular Neurolgy (CMN) . Our research focuses on multiple aspects of T cell biology in the context of neuropathology.
We are looking for a lab technician to support both lab management and experimental research. We seek someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and motivated to support lab operations.Main activities
Lab management & operations: ordering supplies, organize lab space, maintaining equipment and stocks, and ensuring a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.
Experimental support: assist researchers in performing histology (sectioning, staining, imaging), molecular biology, flow cytometry, and cell culture; maintaining accurate documentation (protocols, SOPs, results).
Animal work: supporting mouse colony management, genotyping, and animal procedures (e.g., injections, transcardiac perfusions).Your profile
